摘要 本文研究神泽氏叶螨(Tetranychus kanzawai Kishida)生物学、生态学及应用智利小植绥螨(Phytoseiulus persimilis Athias-H(?)nriot)防治叶螨的效果试验.从结果可见:(1)发育历期,从卵发育至成螨,在室温平均23.6℃,相对湿度75%平均需时10.43天。(2)明确了在不同生态环境下,叶螨越冬休眠起止时间,开始产卵时期.(3)不同低温处理成螨10天取出检查,-1℃及-5℃其存活率分别为50%,22%,-12℃经历10天成螨全部死亡。(4)应用智利小植绥螨防治叶螨效果显著. This paper deals with the biology and ecology of Tetranychus Kanzawai and the testfor the effect of using Phytoseiulus nevsimilis in controlling leaf mites.The results of theexperiment are as follows:1.The development period i.e.developing from eggs to adults was 10.43 days in aver-age under the condition of the room-temperature 23.6℃ and the relative humidity 75%.2.Through investigation,the beginning and ending dates of the winter dormant periodsof leaf mites in different ecological environments and the beginning dates of the egg-layingperiod were defined.3.The results of low temperature treatment of mature mites showed:at-1℃ and-5℃for 10 days,the survival rates were 50% and 22% respectively;at-12℃ for 10 days all themites died.4.The effect of using Phytoseiulus nersimilis in controlling leaf mites was remarkable.
