摘要
根据皖南花猪(狮头型)和杜洛克杂种猪屠宰测定资料,应用相关和通径分析证明:商用分割性状和胴体瘦肉率有极显著的相关,颈背、前腿、大排、后腿肌肉四大切块与瘦肉率的相关系数分别为0.4107,0.7171,0.0135,0.8440,分割肉比例与瘦肉率的相关系数为0.9183。利用通径分析建立的三元回归方程(?)=0.9150x_1+1.2615x_2+1.1225x_4+10.5098和四元回归方程(?)=0.5386x_1+0.7919x_2+0.6576x_4+0.4217x_6+9.7301以及根据分割肉比例建立的直线回归方程(?)=12.2362+0.9632x_5估侧瘦肉率达到规定的显著临界值要求。
The carcass performance of two-breed crossbreeds, Wannan Spotted and Duroc, was studied on the basis of statistical analysis. The results indicate that commercial Cut(CC, x5) and the lean Percentage of the carcass (LPC, Y) are significantly correlated and correlation coefficients between LPC and the chuck, shank, brisket-loin and rear end part, are 0. 4107, 0. 7171, 0. 0135 and 0. 8440, resp, and 0. 9183 especially between CC and LPC. on the basis of the results, a three—X regression equation is established as Y=0.9150X_1+1.2615X_2+1.125X_4+10.5098, a four-X equation as Y=0.5386X_1+0.7919X_2+0.6576X_4+0.4217X_6+9.7301 and an one-X equation as Y=12.2362+0.9632 (CC). The regression coe. of these equations are significant.
