摘要
实验表明通过对朱展才报道的过氧化物酶活性测定方法的改进,可用作过氧化物酶同工酶的活性测定,为过氧化物酶同工酶的研究提供一个定量的方法。在酶谱分析中,用酶谱带的染色深浅表示酶活性高低是可行的。
The method for zhu zhancai to analysis activity of peroxidase is impr-oved in this experiment. The new method can be applied to determine theactivity and quantity of peroxidase isozymes. It is feasible that the coloreddepth of isozyme bands is used to indicate enzymatic activity in zymegramanalysis.
