摘要
在以绞股蓝为材料进行组织培养时观察到:在愈伤组织诱导、分化及器官再生过程中存在着生物全息现象.并对愈伤组织建成及其形态,以及愈伤组织不定根、不定芽分化产生的位置用生物全息观点进行了一定的分析和解释.
The author observed that there could be a bio-holographic phenomena in the process of the callus formation and differentiation as the segments of Gy-nostemma pentaphyllum cultured in vitro. An attempt was made to explan the callus formation,callus shape and the originating position of the adventitious bud and adventitious root by bio-holograph.
