摘要
采用气相色谱法,选用DEGS和PEG20M固定液联合作固定相分离薄荷醇、薄荷酮、异薄荷酮、薄荷酯;并以正十八碳烷作内标物,用内标法同时测定薄荷醇的含量及正/异薄荷酮比值.结果表明该法快速、准确、灵敏,具有较好的线性关系.
The menthol, menthone, iso-menthone and menthate in methacious oil were analyzed by gas Chromatography with DEGS and PEG20M as stationary phases. Quantity of menthol and ratio of menthone, iso-menthone could be tested simultaneously with the aid of an internal standard n-octadecane. The result revealed that analysis of menthol and ratio of menthone,iso-menthone by gas chromatography was an accurate sensitive and rapid method with a linear relation.
