雉鸡结核病疫苗研制及免疫试验

摘要 利用从患结核病雉鸡分离到的 5株禽型结核分枝杆菌研制出预防雉鸡结核病的禽型结核分枝杆菌灭活疫苗和卡介苗与灭活苗的混合疫苗。试验证明 ,该疫苗安全可靠 ,免疫效果良好。雉鸡血清中抗体可维持 8个月以上 ,抗自然感染保护率为 86 7% ,攻毒试验灭活苗保护率为 77 8% ,卡介苗与灭活苗的混合苗保护率为 83 3% ,免疫期 6个月。 Mycobacterium avian inactivated vaccine and mixed vaccine of BCG and inactivated vaccine had been developed to prevent pheasant tuberculosis with five strains of mycobacteium avian isolated from pheasants suffurd from tuberculosis.In field experiment,the vaccine was confirmed to be safe and effective.The antibody in sera of pheasants maintained for more than 8 months,the protective rate was 86.7% after a natural infection of tuberculosis,the experiment of challenge showed the protective rate of inactivated vaccine was 77.8% and mixed vaccine of BCG and inactivated Vaccine was 83.3%.Immune period was 6 months.
