摘要
海南冬季蔬菜中所有瓜类、茄果类和豆类均可感染根结线虫病 ,病害严重程度与寄主作物连作年限呈正相关 ,连作两年以上地块株发病率高达100% ,根结指数为3.2。经鉴定 ,病原线虫优势种群为南方根结线虫 ,还有爪哇根结线虫和花生根结线虫行复合侵染。化学防治试验结果表明 ,10 %IKI-1145G能有效地控制二龄幼虫的群体数量和根结形成 ,10 %益舒宝G次之。
All of season-off vegetable varieties in Hainan island are infected by root-knot nematode disease. The damage is positively correlative with period of continuous cropping between host plants. For over 2 year continuous soil, the disease rate of plants was 100% and the root-knot index was up to 3.2. The pathogenic nematodes were identified as Meloidogyne incognita, M. javanica and M. arenaria, and the first one was predominant. The results of chemical control indicated that nematicides 10%IKI-1145G and 10% Mocap G were effective on controlling populations of infective larvae and formation of root-knot. The identification methods of pathogenic nematodes and the integrated control were discussed in the paper.
