摘要
龙眼根结线虫(Meloidogynedimocarpusn.sp.)采自中国福建省福州金山一龙眼园的龙眼根部。其鉴别特征为雌虫会阴花纹近圆形 ,线纹细密 ,背弓中等高而圆 ,尾端为线纹的起源中心 ,具有一个由不规则的短线纹组成的明显尾轮 ,由同心圆线纹包围 ;阴门与肛门之间有多条连续线纹 ;侧区两侧为双侧线 ,或其中一侧为单侧线 ;头部正面观中唇中部显著凹陷 ,形成相对独立的两唇片 ,侧唇圆而大 ;口针长14.8μm,基部球横卵圆形 ,同杆部界线明显。雄虫头冠低 ,侧唇长耳状且大 ,两端内侧与中唇融合 ;口针长19.1μm,基部球圆 ,稍后斜 ,同杆部界线明显 ,排泄孔位于半月体前。二龄幼虫体长433μm ,口针长13.3μm ,尾长53.8μm ,渐细。
Meloidogyne dimocarpus n. sp. was collected from the roots of longon, Dimocarpus longon, in Fuzhou, Fujian Province of China. The female perineal pattern has mediate high rounded dorsal arch and faint, fine striae which are very closely spaced. The tail terminus is marked by short, disordered striaes forming a distinct tail whorl which is the centre of the pattern, with surrounding concentric circles of striae. There are continuous striae crossing between the vulva and anus. Lateral field are distinct, with double lateral lines in both sides or a single lateral line in one side of the pattern. Medial lips are distinctly divided medially and almost appear as separate lips, lateral lips are large and round. The stylet is 14.8 μm long and the transversely elongated knobs set off from the shaft. The male has a low cap, with large, ear-shaped lateral lips fused with the medial lips on each side. The stylet is 19.1 μm long with rounded and posteriorly sloping knobs, set off from shaft. The excretory pore is anterior to hemizonid. Mean second-stage juvenile length is 433μm ,stylet length 13.3 μm,and tail length 53.8μm. The tail gradually tapers to a finely rounded terminus.
