摘要
以 6个大豆高产杂交组合的 F2 ~ F5为材料 ,连续 5年分别在高、低肥力的土壤上进行高产优系选择与鉴定 ,研究土壤肥力对大豆杂交后代选择效果的影响。结果表明 ,高肥下的选择遗传进度 ( 38.4 6% )明显高于低肥下的选择遗传进度 ( 2 9.33% ) ;与高肥下选得 8个优系相比 ,低肥下仅选得 3个优系 ,二者具有较大差异 ,而且高肥下入选的优系在不同肥力下种植时 ,平均产量高 。
The F 2~F 5 progenies of six soybean crosses were selected for high yielding in high and low soil fertility fields, respectively, and the selection response to soil fertility was investigated. The results showed that the genetic gain (38.46%) of selected lines from high fertility nursery was greater than that (29.33%) from low ones. Meantime, 8 superior lines were selected from high fertility nursery, and only 3 ones from low fertility nursery. Moreover, the superior lines selected from high fertility nursery had higher yield and yield stability than those from low ones when they were planted under different fertility sites.
