扁桃试管苗生根培养的研究 被引量:19

摘要 采用几种离体生根技术对扁桃栽培品种Bulgaria 1进行试验,在所有情况下,黑暗预处理2周是必需的。100mg/L IBA浸渍60min后在无生长调节物质的1/2MS培养基上暗中培养2周对扁桃品种Bulgaria 1、Nonpareil、Fritz、Prize及Neplus生根效果最好。试管苗基部遮光处理可以取代黑暗预培养的生根效果,但生根率略低,而根上部分生长更健壮。 :Several in vitro rooting techniques were valuated for micropropagated shoots of almond cultivar, Bulgaria 1. Dark culture for first two weeks was required for rooting in all cases. 100mg/L IBA dip for 60min followed by growth on 1/2MS with no growth regulators for first two weeks in darkness then in continuous light was best for Bulgaria 1, as well as for Nonpareil, Fritz, Prize and Neplus. Dark treatment could be replaced by in vitro basal shoot darking with which the rooting percentage was slightly lower, but the rooted shoots were healthier and stronger.
