摘要
随着农业产业化经营的不断发展和深入 ,各地根据自己的生产条件、国内外市场、产品及产业特点、农业产业化发展的阶段等 ,采取了不同的经营模式。其中龙头企业带动型经营模式是较为成功和有发展前途的经营模式。以几个成功的实例对龙头企业带动型经营模式的利益联结方式和分配方式进行分析。正确处理各种模式中的利益机制问题 。
In pace with further development of industrialized management in agriculture, a variety of management models have been applied based on local production condition, market situation at home and abroad, features of products and industries. Among those models,that key enterprise driving one is successful and promising.In present analysis some successful cases were applied to analyses this model's joining method and distribution principle. It is concluded that to correctly handle benefit mechanism in all kinds of management models and to promote agricultural industrialized management based on local conditions are basic ways to realize modernization in agriculture.
