摘要
本文着重论述了烟台市渔业结构调整的重要意义，渔业结构调整的基本思路和重点领域，并从政府调控、科技服务以及以法治渔等角度指出调整优化渔业结构的措施。
The paper emphasized the important meaning of fisheries structure adjustment in Yantai municipality,basic thought and focus fields of fisheries structure adjustment, and pointed out the measures for adjusting and optimizing fisheries structure form the viewpoint of government control, scientific and technological service as well as legislation for fisheries management．
