摘要
本文通过用二维断屑槽加工1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢的断屑试验,得出了极限进给量和极限切削深度的经验公式,并分析了主偏角、槽宽、刀尖圆弧半径、切削速度等因素对切屑折断界限的影响规律;同时,在试验基础上推出了切屑折断的判别式,可供用二维槽型刀片加工不锈钢时,判断切屑是否折断,或根据加工条件选择合适的刀片时参考。
According to the chip breaking experiments with two-dimension breaker processing stainless steel lcr 18ni9ti.The experience fomula of limit feed and depth of cut is obtained,And the effect law of chip breaking limit is desinged effected by tool cutting edge angie;width;corner radiu;cutting. speed and so on.Meanwhile,on the basis of experiment,the distinguish fomulas of chip breaking are apprcached,this conclution can become reference for processing stainless steel with two-dimention breaker.we can distinguish whetherthe chip is broken or sellect suitable breaker,according to proce- s sing.
