摘要
本工作选陕西潼关金矿尾砂为主要原料,以Cao-Mgo-Al2O3-SiO2系统玻璃为基础,借助差热分析,结合X射线衍射及光学显微镜研究了玻璃的析晶动力学,结果表明析晶相透辉石和硅灰石的生长都是由扩散控制的。利用烧结收缩试验及扫描电子显微镜研究了典型析晶玻璃粉末的烧结致密化过程,确定该系统的烧结机制主要是粘性流动烧结。探讨了组成对析晶与烧结的影响。制得了硅灰石型、透辉石型烧结微晶玻璃。
By the raw material of gold ore tailing and based on the Cao-MgO-Al2O3SiO2 glass system, the kinetics of crystallization and sintering of the glass powders was investigated by means of DTA, XRD, OM and SEM. The result shows the growth of the crystals in the glass is controlled by diffusion. The typical densification process was studied by measuring the sintering shrinkage of glass powder compacts. It shows that the sintering meehanism is viscous flow. The effect of glass composition on the crystallization and sintering behaviour was studied and the wollastonite and diopside type sintered slag glass-ceramics were obtained.
