摘要
本文通过部分国产刀片加工1Cr18Ni9Ti 不锈钢的断屑试验,作出了不同槽型、不同槽宽共12块刀片的断屑范围曲线图,可供使用这些刀片加工不锈钢时参考;同时,经过分析、整理,比较了各种断屑槽型的优劣,其结论是,按断屑效果好坏排列有:Y 型槽>A 型槽(=W 型槽)>V 型槽>K 型槽>G 型槽,并对这一结论作了详细分析,以期对进一步改进现有槽型或设计新的槽型有所帮助。
According to the cutting experiment of processing stainless steel 1cr18 Ni19Ti with part of domestic breaker,the curves of chip breaking bounderies of twelve type of breakers are obtained.This curves can become reference when processing stainless steel 1cr18ni9twith these breakers.Meanwhile, according to analysing and putting in order,the advantage and disadvanta- ge of every kinds of chip breaking dimension are compared,the conclution which is arranged according to effect of chip breaking is displayed:Y dim- iention A dimention dimention K dimention G dimention,In addtion,detail eanalyses are done on these conclution.We wish this conculution will contr- bute,to improving of exsisted dimention and designing new dimention further.
