摘要
我国连续电热结晶机经过国内外炼锡厂二十多年的应用 ,充分显示了其可靠性及先进性。为了深化连续电热结晶机操作过程的认识 ,提高其实际应用中的操作水平以及对现有连续电热结晶机的设备结构进行优化 ,提高设备生产水平 。
In order to deepen the understanding of the control method of Chinese continuous crystallisator,physicochemical principles of controlling Chinese continuous crystallizer are systematically given in this paper Thermodynamic analysis and experimental results showed that the temperature control must agree with the laws of the phase diagram,and theory for the effective distribution coefficient should be considered as the inclined angle,and the rotational speed of the spiral agitator are regulated and selected
