摘要
本文作者分析了普通车削与数控车床断屑要求的主要区别,并根据数控车床的特殊断屑要求,对短螺卷屑或短管状屑的产生条件及影响因素进行了较详细的理论分析。提出了较为合理的断屑状况指标 D,使断屑状况实现了量化,也为断屑的自动控制作好了准备。
The author of this article has analyzed the main differeuces of the chip- breaking requirements between ordinary lathe and NC lathe.The prerequisites for short tubular or helical chips and the effecting factors are also analysed in details.A reasonable chip-breaking index D has been set up which has numerialized the concept of chip-breaking and has prepared readily for the automatic control of the chip-breaking process.
