摘要
利用磁控溅射方法在IN738合金上制备了同成分的纳米晶涂层 ,研究了该合金与纳米晶涂层在 80 0℃、90 0℃和 10 0 0℃的恒温氧化行为 .结果表明 :纳米晶涂层在 90 0℃和 10 0 0℃氧化时能形成双层的外氧化膜 ,表层为TiO2 和Cr2 O3 为主的混合氧化物层 ,内层为连续的Al2 O3 层 ,没有内氧化及氮化 ,但在 80 0℃氧化却不能形成连续的Al2 O3 内层 .
A sputtered nanocrystalline coating of IN738 alloy was obtained by means of magnetron sputtering.The isothermal oxidation behavior of the bulk alloy and nanocrystalline coating of IN738 in air was studied.The results indicated that a double external oxide scale was formed on the nanocrystalline coating at 900℃ and 1000℃ without internal oxidation and nitridation.The scale consisted of an outer part of main Cr 2O 3 and an inner part of a continuous Al 2O 3 scale,which offered good adhesive and protectiveness.However,at 800℃ the inner continuous Al 2O 3 scale was not formed on the coating.The oxidation mechanism of the nanocrystalline coating was also discussed.
