兴国红鲤成熟卵子精孔器及精子进入区的扫描电镜研究

摘要 用扫描电镜详细观察了兴国红鲤成熟卵子动物极方向卵膜上的精孔器(Micropylar Apparatus)及其正下方位于卵子质膜表面的精子进入区(Sperm Entry Site)的微细结构。精孔器为漏斗型结构;精子进入区由卵子质膜表面特化而成,可区分为精子依附位点和精子入卵位点。研究表明,精孔器的大小与形态有利于精子快速入卵,是精子穿过卵膜的唯一通道。精子进入区的微细结构或构象对于精子和卵子的相互识别,防止多精受精起关键作用。 The fine structure of the micropylar apparatus and the sperm entry site of the ripe egg of Singuo Red Carp, Cyprinus carpw var. Singuonensis, has been observed SEM. The micropylar apparatus has the shape of funnel. The sperm entry site beneath the micropyle is specialized and derived from the plasma membrane of the egg. These results suggest that the shape and the size of the micropylar apparatus is favourable for the sperm to penetrate the egg envelop and to block polyspermy. The sperm entry site can be distinguished into two parts: the sperm entry point and the sperm adherenxe point. It takes the key role for the two gametes to discern each other and prevent fron polysperm.
