结扎家兔颈总动脉和椎动脉后额区皮质锥体细胞超微结构变化 被引量:1

THE ULTRASTRUCTURAL CHANGES OF PYRAMIDAL CELL IN RABBITS FRONTAL CORTICES AFTER LIGATION OF THE COMMON CAROTID AND VERTEBRAL ARTERIES

摘要 成年家兔15只,分实验组和对照组。实验组动物结扎双侧颈总动脉和一侧椎动脉后分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别存活30min,■1 h和24h。对两侧大脑半球额区皮质的相同部位进行了电镜观察。实验组锥体细胞胞体内,粗面内质网池扩大或断裂成小泡,其膜上发生脱颗粒现象,Ⅰ和Ⅱ组变化相似,Ⅲ组脱颗粒现象减少;三组内滑面内质网和高尔基复合体池膨大或断裂成大小不一的空泡;线粒体水肿,嵴斋乱,但Ⅱ组较严重,除溶酶体外,三组实验组还观察到多泡体和脂褐素;核周间隙的不规则扩大在Ⅰ组不明显,Ⅱ、Ⅲ组较明显;核质和核仁三组均未见明显变化。大脑两侧对应额区皮质的锥体细胞胞体超微结构在同组内无差异。 The adult rabbits were divided into three groups, with ligation of bilateral common carotid arteries and unilateral vertebral artery for 30 min. (Group Ⅰ), 1 h (Group Ⅱ) and 24 h (Group Ⅲ) respectively. Five rabbits were used as control.A series of changes in the pyramidal cells occurred after ligtion. The R-ER dilated or formed vacuoles. Some polyribosomes freed from RER, but the changes in group Ⅲ were slighter. The SER and Golgi complex were swollen, forming vacuoles with various sizes. Disrupted cristae were seea in some idlated mitochondria, with Group Ⅱ being most seriously damaged. Lysosomes multivesicular bodies and lipofuscins were observed in all experimental groups The perinuclear cistern was irregularly dilated in group Ⅱ and Ⅲ. but not so distinct in group Ⅰ.There was no difference in ultrastructural changes between the frontal cortices of two cerebral hemispheres in the same group.
