摘要
本文研究了汞(Ⅰ)-双硫腙-β-环糊精在1.2mol/L氢氧化钠溶液介质中的显色反应,并以双波长分光光度法测定痕量汞。配合物的表观摩尔吸光系数为1.16×10~5L·mol·cm^(-1),桑德尔灵敏度为1.74×10^(-3)μg/cm_(?)~2 。0~30μg/mL的汞服从比尔定律。方法用于水样,银耳,矿样中汞的测定,结果的变异系数分别为3.00%、2.49%和2.44%。
The colour reactin of Hg(Ⅱ)-dithizone-β-cyclodextrin in the medium of 1.2mol/L NaOH solution is studied, and determined trace amounts of mercury by double-wavelength spectrophometry. The apparent molar absorptivity and Sandell's senstivity of the above complex are found to be 1.16X10^5L.mol.^(-1) cm^(-1), and 1.74x10^(-3)/μg/cm^2, respectively. Beer's law si obeyed for 0 to 30/μg Hg/25mL. This method has been applied to the determination of mercry in water, Tremella fuciformis Berk, and rock-mineral samples, with the variation cofficienties are 3.00%, 2.49% and 2.44%, respectively.
