摘要
本文提出用插齿刀加工新型滚道减速器中关键件——波形齿内齿圈,并着重从机械原理的齿廓啮合基本定律出发,论述波形齿内齿圈插齿刀的设计及制造方法。采用这种插齿刀加工波形齿内齿圈,能收到投资少,见效快的效果。所以它为加工波形齿内齿圈的最佳方案。
