摘要
本文介绍了新型铸造表面粗糙度测量仪。仪器采用了新式扩散硅力敏器件的固态压阻式传感器,配备微计算机进行数据处理,可进行多参数测量,由打印机输出数据及轮廓图形。仪器性能优越,操作方便,使用可靠,结构简单、成本低,适合于广大铸造工厂及实验室采用。
The new instrument for determining casting surface roughness is introduced in this article.It is fitted with new sensing unit of transistor resistance strain. It is provided with microcomputer for managing data.Five parameters of sur- face roughness can be determined with this instrument.The results and surfa- ce profile can be printed by the computer printer.The properties of the instru- ment are splendid.It is easy to operate,reliable for using and simple in construction.It is suited to foundries and laboratories.
