摘要
当铸造型砂中原砂及粘土的种类、含量、温度等固定的情况下,型砂的导电性能(电阻 R_x)只与型砂的含水量(M_x)有关。在相同的测试条件下,测定不同含水量(用化学分析法确定)型砂的电阻值,建立 R_x—M_x 关系曲线,实地应用时由曲线上查找水份含量极为方便。本方法精度为0.1%,应用范围为水份含量2%—6%,标准偏差δ=0.08。
The electric conductivity of molding sand(electric resistance Rx)only relates to moisture content(Mx)in the condition of specified molding sand.In the same test condition,the moisture content,the electric resistance of the wolding sand,is determined,establishing the relationship curve of Rx—Mx.The relationship curve is very convenient to determine the moisture content.The precision of this method is 0.1%.The application range of moisture content is 2%—6%.The standard deviation value is δ=0.08.
