摘要
采用解析法和 Monte- Carlo方法相结合在 Windows环境下模拟计算了不同能量的质子在 Si,Ge等半导体物质和 Au- Si探测器内的运动情况 ,并用计算机实际作出了质子在以上物质中的运动径迹 ,直观动态的描绘了质子在半导体物质中的运动情况 。
The proton movement track in Si , Ge and Au Si detector is simulated using analytic method and Monte Carlo method . The proton track is drawn by computer, which describes the proton movement directly. The results accord with the facts. The simulation program is based on Windows.
