本文研究了新型功能材料导磁液在水平仪中的应用,将传感技术与微电子技术结合起来,从而开发出用于水平度和微角度精密测量的新型仪器——电子水平仪。作者重点讨论其基本工作原理、给出了系统的结构、并简介了应用。
This paper discribes the application of a new kind of functional mate- erial——magnetic conductible liguid in level Combining sensing technique with microelectionic technology,a new type of instrument-electronic level is developed which is used to measure levec and small angles.The writer lays stress on discussion of its working prin iple,explaines thc components of the system,and in troduces its applic ation briefly.
