计算机辅助定制型人工关节治疗Ⅲ期减压性骨坏死一例 被引量:2

摘要 目的 小结计算机辅助定制型人工关节对 1例减压性股骨头坏死的治疗效果。方法 对 1例Ⅲ期股骨头坏死病人进行病史回顾、影像学及病理学检查 ,并应用计算机辅助设计及加工 (CAD/CAM)技术制造出定制型全髋关节假体 ,行全髋置换术。结果 定制假体安置方便 ,与骨腔匹配好 ,增强了假体稳定性 ,缓解了疼痛 ,改善了髋关节功能。结论 定制型人工髋关节是治疗Ⅲ期减压性骨坏死的有效方法。 Objective To review a case of femoral head dysbaric osteonecrosis treated with computer assistant design and custom made total hip replacement. Methods Clinical history,the results of radiographic and pathologic examination were reviewed in one case of stage Ⅲ osteonecrosis of the femoral head.Custom made total hip prosthesis was prepared by means of computer assistant design and manufacture(CAD/CAM) techniques,and then arthroplasty was performed. Result The custom made prosthesis effectively increased the fitness of prosthesis bone interface.It enhanced the stability of implants and improved the hip function as well as relieved pain. Conclusion Custom made prosthesis replacement is an effective treament for stage Ⅲ dysbaric osteonecrosis of femoral head.
