摘要
目的 :比较正常大鼠骨组织形态与去势大鼠的差别 ,探讨绝经后骨质疏松的发生机制。方法 :切除成年雌性大鼠双侧卵巢制成实验性骨质疏松动物模型 ,将股骨远端骨组织经甲基丙烯酸甲酯等包埋切片后观察骨组织形态、测量各项参数。结果 :去势大鼠骨组织皮质及骨小梁变薄 ,骨矿化率增高 ,矿化缘长度增加 ,小梁表面破骨细胞数明显增多。结论 :卵巢功能下降 ,骨吸收 形成失衡是早期骨丢失的主要机制。
Objective The purpose of the experiment was to compare the bone form of normal and castration rats and to investigate the mechanism of postmenopausal osteoporosis.Methods Using ovariectomized femal SD rats (OVX) as animal osteoporosis models ,the proximal femurs were embedded undecalcifiedly for histomorphometric analysis.Results The trabecular bone volume and mean cortical thickness decreased in OVX,however,the number of osteoclast were higher than normal rats.Conclusion Menopause can cause a high bone turnover and a decline of bone mechanical strength.
