摘要
本文讨论了工程系统全局优化的问题,并提出了二种情况下可靠度最优分配的方法:(1)给定工程系统的总可靠度,求各结构的可靠度,在实现总可靠度条件下使工程造价最小;(2)给定工程造价的限额,求各结构的可靠度,在满足造价限额条件下使工程系统的总可靠度最大.由于充分利用了专家和决策者经验,所提方法是有效的和合理的.
The global optimization of engineering systems is discussed in this paper, and the methods of optimal apportionment of their reliability in two cases are proposed: (1) Given the global reliability of engineering system, find the reliabilities of each strucure under the condition of the construction cost of engineering system being minimum; (2) Given the limit of the construction cost of engineering system, find the reliability of each structure under the condition of making the global reliability of engineering system maximum. Because the knowledge and experience of experts and decision makers are fully used, the proposed methods are effective and reasonable.
