传统资料室在知识经济时代的弊端已显而易见。本文探讨了一种管理模式 ,试图改变资料室的现状 ,使它能在新世纪发挥其应有的职能。
The disadvantages of the traditional reference room in knowledge economy era are obvious.The article probes into a new management pattem,attempts to change the status quo and in order to let the reference room play the part of its functions in new century.
