摘要
针对新型O/W相变乳状液的非牛顿流变特性和在园管中发生相变前后的传热性能进行了测试和分析,所得结果表明它作为一种全新的蓄冷介质在对流传热方面具有性能优势.对经测试得出的乳状液主要流变参数随乳液浓度和温度的变化规律以及它在管内的对流传热特性作了分析和讨论,为新型实用蓄冷装置的设计提供了基本的依据.
An investigation and analysis on non-Newtonian rheologic characteristic and heat transfer performance for a new O/W-type emulsion in a circular tube before and after phase changing, results obtained indicated that the emulsion, as a new cold-storage material, had some advantages in the convective heat transfer performance. The variations of mains rheology parameters of the emulsion with the concentration and temperature of the emulsion, as well as the convective heat transfer performance of the emulsion in the tube were measured and discussed. The study has provided the necessary basis for design of the new practical cold-storage equipment.
