摘要
经人工,自然杂交及F_1代选育出的苏桐70和苏桐19两个优良无性系,具有生长速度快,生长量显著超过对照兰考泡桐的特点。其4年生树高,胸径,材积的遗传增益苏桐70分别为10.56％,21.22％,53.85％;苏桐19分别为8.19％,18.58％,40.17％。对丛枝病的抵抗力,苏桐70的发病率和感病指数分别比对照低21％,28％,苏桐19与对照接近。苏桐70还具有一定的抗风能力,自然接干性能强,树干通直圆满等优良特点.本文具体论述了苏桐70、苏桐19的选育过程,无性系测定,区域性试验及其形态特征。
Selection of elite clones in Paulownia × Jiangsuensis CL'70' and Paulownia Jiangsuensis CL'19'/Ni shanqing et al // Journal of Jiangsu Forestry Science & Technology.-1991, 18, (4), -1~14
Paulownia × Jiangsuensis CL'70' and Paulownia × Jiangsuensis CL '19', the elite clones, selected from the hybridization and the F1, are provided with faster growth and higher biomass, compared with the contrast of Parlownia elongata. Their genetic gain in tree height, breast diameter, and timber volume, is 10.5%,21.22%, 53.85% in Paulownia × Jiangsuensis CL'70', and 8.19% 18.58%, 40.17% in Paulownia × Jiangsuensis CL 'I9', respectively. In resistance for witches' broom, the occurrence of the disease and the disease index arelower 21% and 28% than that in contrast in Paulownia×Jiangsuensis CL'70', but the same as that in Paulownia × Jiangsuensis CL'19'. Paulownia × Jiangsuensis CL'70' still possesses a good anti-wind ability, straight trunk, and fine appearance, et al. The selecting procedure, clonal test, field experiment, and the morphological characteristics in Paulownia×Jiangsuensis CL'70' and Paulow-nia×Jiangsuensis CL'19', were described in detail in this paper.
