摘要
提高机械设计的质量,合理选择设计参数,不仅需要进行强度设计,而且需要进行摩擦学设计.本文应用弹性流体动力润滑理论计算齿轮、凸轮等线接触高副零件表面的润滑膜,来说明机械设计参数选择对机械产品设计质量影响的重要性.
In improvement of machine design and reasonable selection of design parameters not only strength design but tribology design as well are required. EHL theory is used to calculate the film thickness on the surface of line contact elements such as gear and cams, thus explaining the important effect of selection of the design parameters on machinical product design.
