三轮农用运输车手把振动的测试分析

摘要 本文参照国际标准ISO5349,对光明牌GM-500型三轮农用运输车的手把振动作了测试分析,发现该机的手把振动相当严重,其主要振源是发动机,主要激励频率是发动机的第一、二阶工作频率与67.5Hz附近的燃烧频率.模态分析与振动测试表明,67.5Hz这一模态对手把振动影响最大. In reference to ISO5349, test and analysis of vibration are carried out on the handbar of tri-wheeled agricultural vehicle Type GM-500. It is found that the handbar vibrates drastically, that the engine is the most important vibration source and that the first and secondary rotating frequencies as well as the combustion frequency in the vicinity of 67.5 Hz of the engine are major exciting frequencies to the handbar. By using modal analysis and vibration experimentation, it is indicated that the mode of 67.5 Hz has the most important effect on the vibration of the handbar.
