摘要
通过试验研究，拟定了硅钙合金中硅和钙的XRF分析法。经实验证明，该方法结果准确，操作简便，分析速度快，能满足生产的需要。
By trial the XRF analysis method for determination of silicon and calcium in silicon-calcium alloy is worked out. From test it is proved accurate with result, simple to operate, fast and can meet the demand of production.
