摘要
本文将凸轮机构简化成单自由度模型,系统地分析了凸轮机构各原始误差对其动态性能的影响.把凸轮廓线和其他几何参数的误差视为随机变量,它们的影响看作是在凸轮机构的理想输入运动上迭加了一个由误差引起的随机变量,用谱分析的方法研究了各原始误差对从动件动态响应的影响.为凸轮机构的动态综合提供了理论基础。
This paper systematically analyzes the effect of each initial error on thedynamic performance in CAM mechanism by simplifying the CAM mechanismas a singal degree of freedoms system,The tolerances on CAM profile andother geomatical parameters which are considered as random Variables are takenas the inputs of CAM mechanism's vibration.Their effect is studied on thedynamic response of the follower by using the spectrum analysis.The researchsupples a theory base for the dynamic synthesis of the CAM mechanism
