摘要
对浸渍前后 C/C复合材料抗弯强度、剪切强度和耐压强度进行了对比 ,分析了浸渍工艺过程对 C/C复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明 ,浸渍工艺对 C/C复合材料力学性能有明显提高 ,抗弯强度由浸渍前的 1 0 1 MPa提高到浸渍后的 1 59MPa,剪切强度由浸渍前的 8.6MPa提高到浸渍后的1 2 .1 MPa,耐压强度由浸渍前的 82 MPa提高到浸渍后的 1 3 6MPa。分析浸渍前后 C/C复合材料断口的扫描电镜照片 ,得出浸渍工艺与 CVD工艺的生长层具有类似的微观结构。
The effects of impregnation on mechanical properties of C/C composite were investigated by the contrast between pre-impregnated and impregnated composite. Bending strength, shearing strength and compressive strength of C/C composite have significant improvement because of impregnation, the value reached 159, 12 1, 136 MPa from 101, 8 6 and 82 MPa respectively. The SEM photograph of C/C composite section were studied and we found the upgrowth of impregnation and CVD have the similar microstructure.
