摘要
论述了计算机无纸化考试系统题库的建设目标、库结构、加密、组卷算法及入库质量控制方法，该题库已在云南省高校计算机等级考试无纸化考试系统中采用。
： This paper discusses the construction object of the non－written computer grade examination system； its library structure； encrypt and paper algorithm as well as the method of controlling its quality． The item bank has been used in the Yunnan College Non－written Computer Grade Examination System．
