摘要
激光熔覆原位合成 Ti Cp/Al表层复合材料中生成的 Ti C颗粒尺寸很小 ( 4 0 0~ 80 0 nm) ,这给 Ti C体积分数的定量测定带来了难度。文章分别使用了两种方法对 Ti C的体积分数进行测定 ;( 1 )使用 XRD与 SEM能谱成分分析相结合的方法 ,在合成反应充分完成的前提下 ,通过计算求得 Ti C的体积分数 ;( 2 )使用计算机图象处理的方法 ,将表面未腐蚀试样的 SEM图片先用 office软件处理成黑白对比强烈的图片 ,再在 Photoshop下通过对不同灰度像素比例的测定而求得 Ti C体积分数。实验结果表明 ;用以上两种方法求取 Ti C的体积百分数是可靠的 ,其中第二种方法更易于操作。
The sizes of TiC particles in laser cladding in situ synthesis TiC p/Al composite are quite small,about 400~800 nm.Therefore,It is difficult to use common experimental method for determining the volume fraction of TiC particles in the composite.In this paper,two approaches are used for this problem:(1)Using a combination of XRD and EDAX to composite layer,the volume fraction of TiC can be calculated from the result of EDAX under the condition of fully completed synthesis reaction.(2) The SEM photo of a no etched speciment of laser cladding composite layer is treated by using office software,in order to obtain a picture in which the white and black zones can be clearly discerned.Then the volume fraction of TiC can be determined by using photo analysis technique.The first approach is more accurate than the second one,but the second one is simpler.
