摘要
本文讨论斜轴型轴向柱塞泵缸体组件的优化设计.首先给出了优化设计数学模型,然后提出了求解数学模型的一种快速方法,并对实际的优化设计结果进行了分析.采用本文的模型和方法,可以方便地获得缸体、柱塞、连杆的最佳参数.
In this paper,the optimum design of the cylinder components of a tilting-headaxial plunger pump is discussed.First,a mathematical model of the optimum design isgiven.Then,a method to solve the problem of a design by the model at a high speed ispresented.Finally,the result of a practical optimum design is analyzed.It can be ex-pected that the optimum parameters of cylinder,plunger,and connecting rod will beeasily obtained,if the model and the method recommended here are used.
