摘要
本文提出打印头Al_2O_3陶瓷导板Al_2O_30.23mm 密集微孔钻削方法,利用Al_2O_3陶瓷的不同温度烧结特性,结合优化加工参数,在电脑程控精密钻床上可以加工硬脆陶瓷材料的小孔。本法对Al_2O_3陶瓷零件加工有普遍实行意义。本文对其它种类陶瓷材料的小孔加工方法也做了论述。
This paper presents a method for drilling 0.23mm close pin-holes in an Al_2O_3ceramic guide plate of typing head.It also studies the sintering characteris-tics of the material at different temperatures and optimizes the technologicalparameters.By using this method,pin-holes can be made in hard and brittleceramic materials by a precise bench-drill controlled by a microcomputer.Therefore this method has practical significance in the processing of Al_2O_3ceramic parts.In addition,this paper deals with the processing methods of other cera-mic materials.
