摘要
本文在叙述辊筒涂层分析法的基础上分析了影响大型汽轮发电机用铁芯硅钢片绝缘涂层边缘增厚的因素,得出了"混入无机填料降低漆液的粘性,降低涂漆辊的表面硬度以及采用四辊机辊涂硅钢片漆的措施可减小边缘增厚效应"的结论,为我国电机行业用铁芯硅钢片涂漆工艺和设备的改进提供了理论基础.
Based on describing roller-coating analysis mathod, this paper analyses the factors affecting the edge-thickening of core-sheet insulation coating in large generators and has arrived at the conclusion that 'the edge-thickening effect can be desreased if viscosity of the paint is reduced, surface hardness of the rollers in depressed, and the sheet band is coated by roller machine with four rollers'. The conclusionprovides the theoretic basis for the improvement of coating process and equipment in our country.
