摘要
在高校体制改革的新形势下 ,本文对高校档案工作中档案的载体变化、知识型群体的思维特点、服务形式、档案的安全保护及档案工作者的综合素质等五个方面做了阐明和论述。
This Paper mainly explains the following five points,including the storing of archives ,the characteristics of intellectual group thinking,the ways of serving ,the safe protection of archives and comprehensive quality of archivest.
