摘要
从保护矿产资源的角度 ,分析了合理开发利用与有效保护矿产资源的重要意义 ,指出了当前矿产资源开发管理工作中存在的问题 ,《中华人民共和国矿产资源法》颁布实施 15年来 ,山东省取得的主要成绩及今后工作的指导思想和主要任务。
From the point of preservation of mineral resources, this article analyzes the significance in reasonable exploitation and utilization and effective protection of mineral resources, and points out the existing problems in mining management. And it also makes brief introduction of the main achievements of Shandong Province in the past 15 years since the promulgation of the Law of Mineral Resources of the People's Republic of China and of the guiding principles and main tasks for the future work.
