摘要
首先,对新毕业护士进院前的基础资料、绩效、专业知识水平进行评估,录用后对其岗前理论、操作及相关知识进行考试。然后,对新毕业护士进行系统培训,包括:①一般性教育:职业医德教育,规章制度学习,素质教育;②临床培训:实行内、外、妇、儿等科轮转,并进行考核鉴定。通过培训,提高了新毕业护士的思想和技术素质,参加全国执业考试,均全部通过,并其成绩名列省级前列。
First of all, an evaluation was made of the newly graduated nurses with regard to their basic data, performance and mastery of professional knowledge and after recruitment, an examination on their mastery of theories, skills and other relevant knowledge was held before they assumed their posts. Then, systematic training was conducted, including ①general education, su ch as education in professional and medical ethics, study of rules and regulations, and quality education; ②clinical training, such as rotation in departments of internal medicine, surgery, gynaecology and pediatrics and conduction of examination and accreditation. As a result, the newly graduated nurses ideological and professional qualities were enhanced and they all succeeded in passing the national examination for registered nurses, coming out at the top in the province.
