摘要
目前我国医院卫生资源配置存在医院数量偏多及床位利用不平衡、卫生资源重复设置、医生配备不合理等问题。我国加入WTO后对医院冲击主要表现在医疗服务市场、医院管理模式、医学人才等竞争。为此,医院发展应:①适度发展医院集团,主要有纵向式联合集团、横向式联合集团和混合型联合集团;②适应医疗保障体系改革,包括基本医疗保险、商业医疗保险;③合资、私立医院的发展。
At present there exist such problems in the allocation of health resources as an excessive number of hospitals with unbalanced utilization of hospital beds, repetitious installation and unreasonable staffing. With China's entry into WTO, domestic hospitals will confront such shocks as competitions in the market of medical service, the model of hospital management and the recruitment of medical talents. For this reason, domestic hospitals should give priority to the following development strategies: ①moderate development of hospital groups, including mainly vertical coalition groups, horizontal coalition groups and mixed coalition groups; and ② adaptation to reform in the medical security system, including basic medical insurance, commercial medical insurance and establishment of joint-venture and private hospitals.
