摘要
目的探讨鼻中隔矫正术治疗鼻中隔偏曲伴变应性鼻炎的疗效 ,并与保守疗法比较。方法 4 0例患者中 ,治疗组 2 0例 ,行鼻中隔矫正术治疗 ;对照组 2 0例 ,用保守治疗。结果随访 2年 ,治疗组症状消失 ,无 1例复发 ;对照组症状稍减轻 ,仍反复发作。
Objective To compare the effects of septocorrection and drug therapy on septum deviation with allergic rhinitis.Methods 40 cases were equally divided into two groups which treated by septocorrection (treated group)vs drug therapy (control group) respectively and then observe and compare the curative effects in two groups.Results After follow up for 2 years,it showed resolution of symptoms without any recurrence in treated group and only relief of symptoms with repeated recurrences in control group.Conclusion The curative effect of septocorrection is better than that of conservative therapy.
