摘要
目的 :通过心率变异性测定以了解慢性肾炎患者自主神经功能状态 ,并探讨其机理和临床意义。方法 :对 2 0名正常人 ,40名肾功能正常期、1 8名肾功能不全代偿期、2 1名肾功能不全失代偿期、1 9名肾功能衰竭期和 1 4名尿毒症期的慢性肾炎患者 ,进行了心率变异性测定。心率变异性以SDNN、SDANNindex、SDNNindex和 r MSSD作为观察指标。结果 :慢性肾炎患者随着肾功能损害程度的加重 ,SDNN、SDANNindex、SDNNindex、r MSSD逐渐降低。结论 :慢性肾炎患者随着肾功能的减退 ,心率变异性下降 ,自主神经调节功能下降 。
Objective: To explore the function of autonomic nerves by measurement of heart rate variability in patients with chronic nephritis. Methods: Heart rate variability was detected in 20 normal controls,40 patients of normal renal functions, 18 patients of compensatory renal functions, 21 patients of decompensated renal functions, 19 patients of renal failure and 14 patients of uraemia and the patients all had chronic nephritis.The heart rate variability indices of SDNN,SDANNindex,SDNNindex and rMSSD were used. Results: SDNN,SDANNindex,SDNNindex and rMSSD descended with the worsening damage of the renal functions in the patients with chronic nephritis. Conclusion: The decrease of heart rate variability and the abnormality in regulation function of autonomic nervous become more serious with the worsening damage of the renal functions in chronic nephritis,which is important in heart events.
