摘要
目的 评价角膜屈光手术治疗屈光性斜视的临床效果。方法 对 43例 77眼近视及近视散光并伴有不同程度斜视的病例进行 PRK治疗 ,术后辅以遮盖疗法等非手术治疗训练 ,观察术前后斜视的变化。结果 43例屈光性斜视中 ,38例正位 ,5例残存斜视。术前优势眼平均欠矫度数为1.78D± 1.6 3D,劣势眼平均欠矫度数为 4.0 8D± 2 .2 3D,术后 ,优势眼及非优势眼达到术前最佳矫正视力和达到 5 .0的眼数相近。结论 角膜屈光手术治疗屈光性斜视是一种有效的方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of treatment of refractive squint with corneal refractive surgery.Methods Fourty three cases (77 eyes) with myopia or myopic astigmatism acomplied by squint to varying degrees were treated with PRK and the pre and post operative changes of squint were observed. After operation , non surgical therapy and training , covering treatment , etc. was used. Results In the 43 cases of refractive squint, there were 38 cases of normotopia, 5 cases with survival squint. The average undercorrection degrees of dominant and recessive eyes before operation was 1.78D±1.63D and 4.08D±2.23D. The number of eyes to get the best corrected visual acuity was the same to that to get 0.5 in the dominant and non dominant eyes after operation. Post operative vision was fully corrected and meanwhile the squint was removed and recovered.Conclusion The treatment of refractive squint with corneal refractive surgery is a very effective method.
