摘要
本文应用二自由度连杆机构连杆曲线综合理论及机构高低副转换原理,综合出凸轮导杆机构的波形对称轨迹曲线,分析了轨迹曲线误差产生的诸因素,给出了误差分析方程式,并举例说明其应用.
By using the theory of synthesis to the connecting rod curves of 2-DOF linkage, a symmetrical waved track of eamed guide-bar mechanism is proposed in this paper. The expression of this waved track is derived and then the factors that may cause track error are discussed. A practical example with the method of transforming higher pair into lower pair is also presented to illustrate its application.
